Quoted Rates:
Rates quoted in your online booking are based on the selected number of occupants and length of stay and any alterations to these details may affect the nightly rate charged.

Any bookings made over the phone, same policies apply.

Guaranteed Reservations:
In order to confirm your reservation,  pre-authorise your credit card for the same amount.  Any further amount to settle is due on check in. We accept Visa and Mastercard.  Your card will be held as security for your stay and utilised for any applicable cancellation or non-arrival charges. This card may also be used for any charges remaining unpaid on check-out.  Please note that payment by credit card attracts a surcharge of 3%

Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in is from 2pm. Your room may be available prior to this time, however we cannot guarantee access before 2pm. Check-out is 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by arrangement subject to availability and an additional charge. 

Payment at check-in:
A valid credit card will be requested from the occupant of the room when checking in and full payment be taken at the time of check in unless booked Non Refundable rates or pre arranged with our staff. Payment via third party credit cards may be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel directly. For guests without a credit card, photo ID will be requested and full cash payment of accommodation plus a bond for incidental charges will be required at check-in. Bonds vary by length of stay.

STANDARD OR BEST AVAILABLE RATE: Cancellations or amendments must be advised by 9:00 am a minimum of 48 hours prior to the reservation date to avoid incurring a cancellation fee of full accommodation for whole booking.

No show: fee of full accommodation for whole booking

NON REFUNDABLE RATES: All Non Refundable rates bookings will be non refundable and full payment will be taken at the time of bookings

Group bookings:  Special conditions apply for bookings comprising 3 or more rooms, Please check with our friendly staff

​By making a reservation with City Suites Tauranga, you agree to the terms and conditions above and you acknowledge that the named guest will be personally liable for all accommodation and incidental costs charged to the room after check-in, for any loss or damage to the room during their stay, for any cancellation or non-arrival fees, and for any debt collection costs incurred.

Pets and animals:

With the exception of trained guide dogs for sight impaired guests, pets and animals are not permitted within the building or grounds of City Suites Tauranga


Bicycles are not permitted in guest rooms 


All rooms are strictly non smoking. Smoking in the room incurs a fee of $350 minimum; additional charges may apply if the room is unable to let out.
